piano studio rates & policies

Studio Lesson Rate Information

Piano lessons are payable by cash or cheque at the first regularly scheduled lesson of each month. Please make cheques payable to: James Ong.

• 30 minute lesson: $25 each
• 45 minute lesson: $38 each
• 60 minute lesson: $50 each

Business Policy

• As the lesson time is only reserved for you or your child, there are no refunds or deductions for cancelled or missed lessons;
• However, with one weeks notice, a regularly scheduled lesson may be re-scheduled within that same week, time permitting;
• Also, every effort will be made to re-schedule lessons missed due to unanticipated illnesses or family tragedies, and
• If lessons are to be terminated, one months notice is required.

Phone Support

• Informational support is offered pro bono to parents/students on an as needed basis (i.e. lesson clarification, motivational/encouragement ideas, discuss progress/goals, etc)
